What are our delivery charges?

How long will it take for my order to be delivered?
Orders are processed immediately. We source products from all around the world so delivery times vary per order. You will be notified however within 24 hours of placing your order an estimated date of delivery. If you have a question regarding your delivery date or a specific request please contact the SHOORE sales team and one of our guys or girls will be do all they can to assist.
Your order confirmation email will indicate delivery times. If in the event there are any changes to your estimated delivery date we will notify you by e-mail.
We will inform you immediately should your item not be in stock. Alternative options include placing the product on back order, sourcing a similar product of the same value and style or cancelling your order.
Our goal is to provide you with the best service possible as we SHOORE want you to return to us, we will keep you informed every step of the way and if anyt5hing changes we will tell you!

Installing your Products – Booking An Electrician
SHOORE Lighting advise against booking an electrician until you’ve received your order and had the chance to check its condition. In the unlikely event that it is damaged or that items are missing, this might avoid needless call-out charges. Unfortunately, we cannot be responsible for any charges from contractors in the unlikely event that your order is delayed, not suitable for your application or is damaged.
What do I do if I receive damaged goods?
Lighting products tend to be fragile. Our carriers handle such goods every day and we’re confident the robust packaging will prevent damage to breakable items in transit. Despite our best efforts however accidents do occasionally happen. Please inspect your order on arrival and report any damage to us within 24 hours. We’ll be happy to address any problems and help with the return and replacement of your order.
