If you wish to return anything under our ‘Not Shoore Guarantee‘ you have up to 14 days to let us know.
Damaged or Faulty Goods
In the unusual event that anything is Missing, Damaged or Faulty please apply for a Return Authorisation Number using our ‘Returns and Refunds Form’.
On receipt of this form, our Sales team will contact you to arrange for the collection of damaged or faulty product and organise replacements. Alternatively, you can contact our team directly on 0131 502 1973 Monday – Friday 9.30am to 6.00 excluding Bank Holidays to discuss the return of your items.
